Fuijitsui, B&Q, Wickes, Argos, Telewest,
NPower and EDF where his breadth of experience
and knowledge has been paramount in the successful
development and implementation of both individual

& MSc in Organisational Psychology from
Bristol University, David is a registered
as a Chartered Psychologist with the British
Psychological Society. |

Fitzgerald BSc MSc CPsychol AFBPsS |
|
| With
over 15 years in-house and consultancy based
business psychology experience, Dee has a
particular interest in the assessment and
development of individuals and teams within
a multi national context. Previously at British
American Tobacco, she had responsibility
for global executive recruitment and provided
consultancy services worldwide to HR Directors.
Dee has worked with blue-chip clients in
a wide range of market sectors including
HI Tech, FMCG, Retailing and Financial Services.
Recent client successes include Allianz Cornhill,
Barclays Capital, Fujitsu services, and Somerfield.
With a BSc in Applied Psychology & Maths
and an MSc in Occupational
& Organisational Psychology, Dee is an
Associate Fellow of the British Psychological
Society and is registered as a Chartered Occupational
Psychologist. Dee is also a member of the
Association of Business Psychologists. |

Beard BSc MSc CPsychol |

| A
business psychologist of over 15 years’
standing, Caroline Beard has extensive experience
in working with blue chip clients in management
development and assessment. She has a particular
interest in recruitment and selection and has
established a strong track record in advising
clients on their strategy here covering all
aspects from attraction to assessment and development.
Clients she has worked with include Barclays
Capital, Telewest Broadband, Sainsbury’s,
Waterstone’s Booksellers and Fujitsu
Services. Caroline has a BSc in Psychology
and an MSc in Occupational Psychology. She
is registered with the British Psychological
Society as a Chartered Occupational Psychologist
and is a member of the Association of Business
Psychologists. |
