David Langdon, BSc, MSc C.Psychol
David has worked in both the UK and the North America as a business psychologist. David has extensive experience in the design and facilitation of top team workshops and leadership programmes, as well as in coaching senior executives across a range of sectors to improve their leadership and business performance.
Recent clients David has been working with include: AstraZeneca USA and UK, Invesco Perpetual, Liberty Mutual, London Borough of Tower Hamlets, UKTV, Volkswagen USA and UK.
Prior to qualifying as a psychologist, David spent 8 years in the Metropolitan Police service, where he served as a detective, specialising in fraud investigations and dealing with informants.
David has both a BSc in Psychology and a MSc in Occupational Psychology. David is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and a member of the Association of Business Psychologists.
Deirdre Walsh, BSc, MSc
Deirdre has extensive experience in designing and delivering behavioural interventions for blue-chip organisations. She is a specialist in talent management with a particular interest in the identification of high-potential individuals and leadership development. She has both in-house and consultancy experience, working across a wide range of sectors including Retail, FMCG, Telecomms, Professional Services and Financial.
Deirdre has undertaken a breadth of projects from developing competency models and assessment centres to conducting senior executive assessments and individual coaching.
Some recent clients include Allianz, npower, Royal Mail, B&Q, Sainsburys and Bradford & Bingley.
Deirdre has an honours degree in Psychology from University College London and a masters degree in Occupational Psychology from the Institute of Work Psychology, Sheffield University. She is a member of both the Association of Business Psychologists and the British Psychological Society and holds the Society’s certificate of competence in Psychological Testing.
Ed Fothergill BSc MPhil MSc CPsychol
Ed has extensive experience of designing and implementing assessment solutions, with a particular interest in the recruitment and selection of high potential individuals.  Through his breadth of expertise and knowledge, Ed has successfully delivered high impact assessment projects, across a variety of private and public sector clients, including Yell, Schering-Plough, NTL and KPMG.  Projects have ranged from recruiting ‘niche’ high performing sales teams to developing the UK National Firefighter Selection process.
Ed is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist having gained his first degree in Psychology and MPhil in Psychological Research at Swansea University and his MSc in Occupational Psychology at Cardiff University.

Rob McPherson BSc MSc
Specialising in the design and delivery of innovative assessment processes at a Senior Management level, Rob has significant experience in executive coaching, development and career counselling within a broad range of market sectors including retail, telecoms and healthcare.
With a BSc in Psychology and a MSc in Occupational Psychology, Rob is a member of the British Psychological Society and holds levels A & B in the society’s certificates’ of competence for occupational testing.
 
 
Eva Howe CPsychol
Specialising in the improvement of performance of both individuals and organisations through Coaching, Assessment, Selection , Training and Developmental feedback, Eva has worked successfully at all levels of a wide variety of client companies across a breadth of market sectors including , Financial Services, Utility providers, Telecoms, Central Government , Local Government and the NHS.

With an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology, Eva is a registered Chartered Occupational Psychologist and a full member of the British Psychological Society. She also holds full Level A & B certificates and has sound experience of a wide variety of assessment and development tools. In addition she is also a qualified member of the Institute of Career Guidance and a member of the Association for Management, Education and Development.

Nadine Smart, MA(Hons), MSc, MBA, CPsychol, AFBPsS
With extensive experience in assessment, selection, and development of managerial talent, Nadine possesses a breadth of skill and experience gained in a variety of organisations both in the UK and Overseas.
Clients successes include Amex, Allied Domecq, Britvic Softdrinks, Citibank, DTZ PCWorld, Tussauds, UBS and Waterstone’s where she has been pivotal in the design, development and implementation of selection and assessment programmes, performance management systems, as well as managerial development programmes including leadership coaching and team building, graduate induction and development, development centres, and 360°  feedback.
Nadine is a Chartered Business Psychologist and a founder member of the Association of Business Psychologists in the UK. Combined with her MBA, Nadine is able to bring both a psychological understanding of people within the work environment and a detailed knowledge of how businesses operate to client projects.  Nadine is also published on the topic of performance management in ‘Business Psychology in Practice’. Sue Green, BSc, MSc, CPsychol
Sue has been providing tailored development and assessment services to organisations for nearly 20 years. Her work is focused on identifying and developing people’s potential and she achieves this through understanding and leveraging individuals’ talents. Sue has worked internationally and she has experience in both the UK private and public sectors.
Recently Sue has delivered highly successful projects with BT, Fujitsu, the NHS and Oxfordshire County Council.
Sue is a qualified Chartered Occupational Psychologist with a current practising certificate from the BPS. She is Level A and B qualified. She is also a member of the BPS Special Group in Coaching Psychology.
