| David
has worked in both the UK and the North America
as a business psychologist. David has extensive
experience in the design and facilitation

as well as in coaching senior executives

to qualifying as a psychologist, David spent
8 years in the Metropolitan Police service,
where he served as a detective, specialising
in fraud investigations and dealing with
informants. |

Occupational Psychology. David is a Chartered
Occupational Psychologist and a member of
the Association of Business Psychologists. |

| Deirdre has extensive experience in designing and delivering behavioural interventions for blue-chip organisations. She is a specialist in talent management with a particular interest in the identification of high-potential individuals and leadership development. She has both in-house and consultancy experience, working across a wide range of sectors including Retail, FMCG, Telecomms, Professional Services and Financial. |

Deirdre has undertaken a breadth of projects from developing competency models and assessment centres to conducting senior executive assessments and individual coaching.
Some recent clients include Allianz, npower, Royal Mail, B&Q, Sainsburys and Bradford & Bingley. |

| Deirdre has an honours degree in Psychology from University College London and a masters degree in Occupational Psychology from the Institute of Work Psychology, Sheffield University. She is a member of both the Association of Business Psychologists and the British Psychological Society and holds the Society’s certificate of competence in Psychological Testing. |

| Ed has extensive
experience of designing and implementing
assessment solutions, with a particular interest
in the recruitment and selection of high
potential individuals. Through his
breadth of expertise and knowledge, Ed has
successfully delivered high impact assessment
projects, across a variety of private and
public sector clients, including Yell, Schering-Plough,
NTL and KPMG. Projects have ranged
from recruiting ‘niche’ high
performing sales teams to developing the
UK National Firefighter Selection process. |

first degree in Psychology and MPhil in Psychological
Research at Swansea University and his MSc
in Occupational Psychology at Cardiff University. |

Psychology, Eva is a registered Chartered
Occupational Psychologist and a full member

and has sound experience of a wide variety

of Career Guidance and a member of the Association
for Management, Education and Development. |

services to organisations for nearly 20 years.
Her work is focused on identifying and developing
people’s potential and she achieves
this through understanding and leveraging

talents. Sue has worked internationally and
she has experience in both the UK private
and public sectors. |

with BT, Fujitsu, the NHS and Oxfordshire
County Council. |

| Sue is a qualified
Chartered Occupational Psychologist with
a current practising certificate from the
BPS. She is Level A and B qualified. She
