| You
will be able to demonstrate: |
|
| • |
minimum
3-5 years’ experience of management assessment
and development in a commercial environment |
|
|
| • |
credibility and
ease with senior clients |
|
|
| • |
strong commercial
focus and understanding of business principles
– and applying these principles to client
interventions |
|
|
| • |
project and account
management of sizeable client projects |
|
|
| • |
a demonstrable
contribution to team or company targets
for business development |
|
|
| • |
a recognised degree-level
qualification in Psychology – or Business
with psychology input |
|
|
| • |
thought leadership
in one or more of Xancam’s areas of expertise |
|
|
