FTSE100 house builder, Barratt, is on a mission to challenge industry norms, starting with its people.
When new CEO Mark Clare came on board in October 2006, his vision for a business with sustainability at its heart embraced not only environment sustainability, but that of people and talent.

says Clare.
Recognising a shortage of people progressing through the business, Group HR Director Jayne Mee says:
“As a business we need to really focus on where the leaders of tomorrow are coming from.”
Mee, together with Graduate Recruitment and Development Manager, Suzanne Chandler, set about taking Clare at his word.
